Leader Skill: 'Androids/Cell Saga' Category Ki +3 and HP, ATK & DEF +120%. This leader skill is a sub-lead for Androids/Cell Saga and it’s pretty good. The boost is what to expect for leaders like him and that’s mostly about it for this lead. It’s good and the category is also good. Here’s a link for the units in this category: Androids/Cell Saga
Please note that I am ignoring a lot of nuance in this answer, such as reload times, headshot modifiers, and positioning. For example, while Tracer does benefit from Mercy's damage boost even if the Mercy player is highly accurate, if the Mercy positions herself to be able to boost Tracer she is likely away from her team and quite vulnerable. Fighting's huge type coverage makes it the definite answer to most common gym defenders. It's the only type that's effective vs. Normal, which is one of the most common types in the game. Future-proof: 3 / 5: Machamp was the 'survivor of Gen 3' and now the 'survivor of Gen 4'. The upcoming Gen 5 introduces multiple potential competitors. Gonna keep it short and sweet. I believe that we should buff Life Orb by changing the recoil to 1 DMG simply due to the fact that it follows what happens in-game. All other items have their effects divided by 10 (Expert Belt's 20% boost becomes 2 BAP, Muscle Band's 10% boost becomes 1 BAP, etc.).
Passive Skill ( For The Earth): ATK & DEF +100%; high chance of guarding all attacks ( 50% chance to receive all attacks with Type advantage ),DEF +100% and all allies' Ki +3 and ATK +50% when your team has 'Super Saiyan Gohan' or 'Super Saiyan 2 Gohan' attacking in the same turn.
Remember TEQ Fighterz Android 16? This is basically his passive, but with more things in it. It does introduce a controversial note for Dokkan, character specific passives. What does that mean? It means that if you have a certain unit for a unit that needs it for their passive to be fully active.
For this passive, it’s it that bad on an Androids/Cell Saga since you might have a Super Saiyan Gohan for sorts because there is a bit of easily obtainable Super Saiyan Gohan units like the TEQ F2P one with Super Saiyan Goku.
However, if you don’t have a Super Saiyan Gohan of sorts, then the passive is still good, but bland. It’s just TEQ Fighterz 16, but stronger and that’s it if you don’t have a Gohan.
Link Skills
Mechanical Menaces- Ki+1
Dnd 5e dmg magic items. Gentleman- Ki+2
Infinite Energy- Ki+2
Rival Duo- ATK +10%, attacked enemy's DEF -15%
Fierce Battle- ATK +15%
Android Assault- DEF+1000
Dokkan Type Advantage Dmg Boost Plus
Tough As Nails- DEF+1500 Dungeons and dragons 5e dmg ebook.
Links are not great. They are good on a Androids and Androids/Cell Saga teams, but as a whole it’s not great. Fierce Battle is the only good link I see. As for Linking Partner, it’s the LR PHY Android 16, 17, and 18 due to them sharing similar links.
Super Attack is Rocket Punch and it causes Causes supreme damage to enemy and massively lowers DEF ( Lowers enemy's DEF by 80% for 3 turns). Super attack is really good. Hits hard enough and the whole massively lowers DEF is good. 12 Ki Multiplier is 140%.
Max Stats 100% Potential Stats
HP: 12144 HP: 17144
ATK: 7113 ATK: 12113
DEF: 5809 DEF: 10809
Stats are impressive for a non Dokkan fest unit.
So, What do I think about this unit? I think he is a good unit. Leader skill is good and helpful for those who didn’t pull on LR Cell. The passive, while controversial, is still decent even if it’s a copy of Fighterz 16, but more hard hitting and less tanky. Links are mediocre though, super attack is pretty good, and the stats are impressive.
It feels good being back to these, but don’t expect any transformation units anytime soon due to college and the like. It’ll be smaller units for now.
Next Time On Cartoons Dokkan Analysis, it’s a unit I wanted to talk about for a while. He’s certainly a interesting one for sure due to him being an AOE unit and all. However, does he have anything else other than that? Find out soon on Cartoons Dokkan Analysis!

TIPS AND TRICKS
Here are 5 quick advices on how to fast track your way to the higher levels in no time.
1.Set up your team properly for battles

When you participate in battle, it’s important to take advantage of your characters’ Link Skills. Link Skills come to fruition once you place the appropriate Z-Warriors in line. For instance, placing General Tao, Tien and Chiaotzu or even Saiyan fighters in the right formation will give them a stat boost.
2.Memorize the type chart, or at least keep good notes at your side
Like with many other games, Dragon Ball Z: Dokkan Battle drops characters into specific categories that are strong or weak against other types. Most of the information needed to get the most out of battles comes down to the game’s Type flow chart, which shows strengths for and against each different type.
3.Aim for Ki Bursts
Dmg indicator 1.7.10. When picking the Ki orbs needed to power up your fighter, you should always check to see if you can pull off Ki Bursts. Ki Bursts occur when you line up and absorb the same color type orbs in a long row. If you don’t spot a huge opportunity to do this but you spot those rainbow-colored spheres, make a habit of collecting those instead.
4.Gain bonuses by tracking down all Seven Dragon Balls
As you capture them, choose the “I want more allies” bonus, and it increases your character slots to 10. Those additional slots provide many more strategic options. Not only is tracking down all seven Dragon Balls an essential part of the Dragon Ball Z: Dokkan Battle experience
5.Practice
Nothing helps round out a team of fighters like experience. Sometimes players just won’t have made enough progress to take down some of the game’s tougher battles, and that’s alright. Dragon Ball Z Dokkan Battle can be extremely rewarding if you take your time, and power up that deck dutifully every day, even just by logging in. Logging in everyday helps in a great way since it grants you free gifts
